A 28-year-old Hornell man was charged with Criminal Contempt and Stalking on October 15, 2018 following the report of a dispute. 

According to New York State Troopers, officers responded to a report of a dispute at Allegany County BOCES in the town of Amity. Their investigation determined that Jaime M. Miller had violated an order of protection by following the protected party in a vehicle along public roadways in the town of Amity before the protected party went into the BOCES building.

Miller was arrested and arraigned in Amity Town Court and released on his own recognizance. He is due to return to Amity Town Court in November.
