A 40-year-old Franklineville man was charged with DWI on October 13, 2018 following a single-vehicle traffic accident.
According to New York State Troopers, officers located Mark C. Houghton’s vehicle in the ditch with Houghton in the driver seat, on Lyndon Rd. Houghton was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and transported to SP Machias. Houghton recorded a .17% BAC.
Houghton was issued tickets for the Town of Franklinville in November 2018.
