BUFFALO, N.Y.— Emma Krenzer (Scottsville/Aquinas) finished with seven saves but it was not enough as Cortland scored its only goal in the 88th minute to give the Red Dragons a 1-0 win on Coyer Field.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Buffalo State and Cortland battled in the first half, accounting for 14 fouls and only seven shots before the halftime whistle.
- The Bengals looked to shift momentum following halftime as Alexis Hanson (New York/West Broward) had a shot saved only a minute and a half into the second frame.
- Krenzer made a pair of saves with less than seven minutes remaining in the contest to keep the score level as both teams prepared for an overtime session.
- The Red Dragons finally broke through on one of its seven corner kicks to give themselves a clean look at the goal, with only 2:41 remaining in the game, and used a tip-in goal from Jaden Galluzzo off the initial shot to claim the win.

- Danika Svendson made four saves in net for Cortland.
