A 25-year-old Alfred man was charged with Criminal Mischief, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Harassment on October 11, 2018 following a report of a dispute.
According to New York State Troopers, officers responded to a report of a dispute in the town of Friendship. Their investigation determined that Juston W. Conklin had intentionally damaged property and pushed another party while a child was present.
Conklin was arrested and arraigned in Friendship Town Court, and was released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to reappear in Friendship Town Court in December.
