CANISIUS COLLEGE ATHLETICS
BUFFALO, N.Y. — Canisius head men’s basketball coach Reggie Witherspoon announced Monday that the Golden Griffins will hold their annual walk-on tryouts Friday, Oct. 12 from 2:30-3:30 p.m., in the Patrick Lee Gymnasium.
Only full-time Canisius students are allowed to try out. Those interested in participating in the walk-on tryout session need stop by the athletic training office in the Koessler Athletic Center to pick up an athletic team tryout packet, beginning Tuesday, Oct. 2. All paperwork needs to be submitted to men’s basketball athletic trainer Tyler LaMonica by 4 p.m., on Friday, Oct. 5 in order to try out.
