Niagara women’s golf wraps up Golden Grizzlies Invitational

ROCHESTER, M.I. — The Niagara women’s golf team completed the Golden Grizzlies Invitational on Tuesday. The team placed 10^th with a total two-round score of 677 (+101).

Sarah Godfrey led the Purple Eagles. She carded an 85 (+13) in round two, finishing with a total score of 165 (+21). She finished tied for 18^th place.

Daniella Hopper tied for 35^th place. She shot 88 (+16) in round two and 169 (+25) total.

Samantha Bernardo carded an 85 (+13) in the second round for a 36-hole total score of 172 (+28). She tied for 43^rd place.

Susan Leone tied for 49^th place with a two-round score of 174 (+30) and Sydney Shaw tied for 60^th with a total score of 178 (+34).

The Purple Eagles are back in action at the Bucknell Invitational Sept. 29-30.
