BUFFALO, N.Y. — Buffalo State softball has released its 40-game 2019 schedule which will include 12 games during the team’s annual trip to Clermont, Fla. from March 19-27.

The Bengals will aim to open the season with a twin bill up north at St. John Fisher at March 16.  Buffalo State will open league play with a Battle by the Lake doubleheader at Fredonia on March 30 before hosting five-straight home doubleheaders.  The Bengals will have non-conference clashes with D’Youville (Apr. 2) and Medaille (Apr. 3), and will then host league foes Brockport (Apr. 5) and Geneseo (Apr. 6), before ending the lengthy home stand against non-conference RIT on Apr. 10.

Buffalo State will then play five-straight road dates, including SUNYAC tilts at Plattsburgh, Potsdam, Oswego and Cortland and will also have a non-conference meeting with Nazareth.  The Bengals will then close out the regular season at home against New Paltz and Oneonta on Apr. 26 and 27 respectively.  The highest seed will host the SUNYAC Championships on May 2-5.
