A 42-year-old Kennedy man was charged with Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd Degree, Resisting Arrest, Harassment 2nd Degree, Trespass and Disorderly Conduct on September 20, 2018 following the investigation of a harassment complaint.
According to New York State Troopers, officers responded to the call in Kennedy and after determining that Jamie Story was the suspect in the complaint, attempted to place him under arrest. Story became belligerent, using profane language and physically resisted arrest. After a brief struggle, Story was taken into custody by the Troopers and processed at SP Jamestown.
Story was then arraigned in the town of Ellicott Court and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.
