A 24-year-old Chicago, I.L. woman was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana on September 13, 2018 following a routine traffic stop.
According to New York State Troopers, Christine Collins was pulled over on I-86 in Stow for a traffic infraction and while speaking to Collins, the Troopers smelled marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle. A search of Collins and her vehicle revealed a bag containing three grams of marijuana.
Collins was issued an appearance ticket and a traffic ticket and is scheduled to appear in the town of North Harmony Court next month.
