A 19-year-old Salamanca woman was charged with Aggravated Harassment 2nd Degree on September 11, 2018 following a series of online and telephone threats.
According to New York State Troopers, officers responded to a residence in Little Valley for a report of death threats. Investigation revealed that Destiney Harvey used social media to advise the victim that she was going to use firearms to take his life. Harvey also called the victim and repeated the threats. Harvey was placed under arrest, transported to SP Jamestown and processed.
Harvey is scheduled to appear in the town of Napoli Court later in the month to answer the charge.
