A 30-year-old Ashville man was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd Degree and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana on September 11, 2018 following a routine traffic stop.
According to New York State Troopers, Dustin Raynor was pulled over on I-86 in Bemus Point and during the traffic stop, Raynor was found to be in possession of five grams of marijuana and to be driving on a suspended license. Raynor was placed under arrest and issued tickets returnable to the town of Ellery Court.
Raynor is scheduled to appear in the town of Ellery Court next month to answer the charges.
