John Negrych, 39 was charged earlier this week with one count of a first-degree criminal sexual act, a count of third-degree criminal sexual act, one count of third- degree sexual abuse and one count of endangering the welfare of a child, prosecutors said.
According to the District Attorney’s office, between Jan. 9 and Feb. 12, Negrych allegedly raped a girl in Amherst and subjected her to forcible oral sexual conduct.
He was scheduled to return on Oct. 10 to Erie County Court.
