A 33-year-old Allegany man was charged with Criminal Contempt on September 4, 2018 following the report of a domestic incident.
According to New York State Troopers, officers responded to a report of a dispute on State Route 417 in the town of Allegany. Their investigation determined that Nathaniel S. Poole was violating an order of protection. Poole was arrested and arraigned in Allegany Town Court.
He was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail and is due to reappear in Allegany Town Court later this month.
