ANN ARBOR, M.I. — The Canisius men’s soccer team had its non-conference contest at Michigan postponed due to inclement weather on Monday.
After the initial start time of 1 p.m. was pushed back due to lightning in the Ann Arbor, Michigan region, the teams attempted to wait for the storms to pass through. Following more than two hours of delays, the teams agreed to postpone the contest.
The teams will attempt to find a mutually agreeable date to play the contest. If one cannot be found, the game will be cancelled.
Canisius (1-2-0) returns to action Friday with a road contest at Patriot League foe Bucknell. Start time is set for 7 p.m. at Emmitt Field in Lewisburg, P.A.
