A 21-year-old Springville man was charged with DWI on August 27, 2018 following a routine traffic stop.
According to New York State Troopers, Tylor Beyer was pulled over on Heath Rd in the Town of Colden for speeding. Troopers observed the odor of alcoholic beverage on Beyer. He was administered sobriety tests which he failed. He was taken into custody and transported to the Holland barracks where he provided a breath sample of .17%.
Beyer was processed for Driving While Intoxicated and released on tickets returnable to the Town of Colden Court on 09/10/18 at 7:00 PM.
