JAMESTOWN — A 48-year-old Bradford, Pa. man was charged Monday with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on I-86. 
According to New York State Police, Jeremy Miller was pulled over for speeding and while speaking to Miller, the Troopers smelled marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle. A search of Miller and his vehicle revealed two bags containing five grams of marijuana. Miller was issued an appearance ticket and a traffic ticket and is scheduled to appear in the town of Ellicott Court later in the month.
