A 27 year old Jamestown woman was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree on August 13, 2018 following a routine traffic stop.

According to New York State Troopers, a vehicle that Jennifer Dellahoy was a passenger in was pulled over on Route 430 in Mayville for a traffic violation and while speaking to the occupants, the Troopers observed a plastic bag containing a white powdery substance, later determined to be methamphetamine residue, inside Dellahoy’s open wallet. Dellahoy was placed under arrest after a pipe and a straw, also containing methamphetamine residue, were located in her possession. The driver was issued a traffic ticket and Dellahoy was transported to SP Jamestown where she was processed.

Dellahoy was released with an appearance ticket directing her to appear in the town of Chautauqua Court on a later date to answer the charge.
