A 21 year old Perrysburg woman was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana on August 8, 2018 following a routine traffic stop.
According to New York State Troopers, Lily Marsh was pulled over on Cottage Road in Dayton for a traffic violation and while speaking to Marsh, the Troopers smelled marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle. A search of Marsh and her vehicle revealed a bag containing 22 grams of marijuana.
Marsh was issued an appearance ticket and a traffic ticket and is scheduled to appear in the town of Dayton Court next month.
