HINSDALE — A 39-year-old Arcade woman was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated (with a child passenger less than 16).
According to New York State Police, Beth A. Fleischman was stopped for speeding on NY State Route 16. Troopers detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from Fleischman. At the time of the stop, Fleischman had a 13-year-old passenger. Troopers administered SFSTs, which indicated Fleischman was intoxicated. She was arrested and transported to SP Olean, where she was found to have a .08% BAC.
Fleischman was issued appearance tickets returnable to Hinsdale Town Court later this month.
