A 59 year old Jamestown man was charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by the Combined Influence of Drugs and Alcohol and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana on June 24, 2018 following a routine traffic stop.

According to New York State Troopers, Randall Schuler was pulled over for driving erratically on Route 394 in Randolph and after failing several SFSTs, Schuler was placed under arrest. A search of Schuler’s vehicle revealed two bags containing a total of 11 grams of marijuana and two smoking devices containing marijuana residue.
