A 31 year old Great Valley man was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, and several traffic infractions following a routine traffic stop.
According to New York State Troopers, during a routine traffic stop on Wildwood Avenue in the City of Salamanca, officers detected the odor of marijuana in Mitchell L. Cross’s vehicle and subsequently located a quantity of marijuana and unprescribed suboxone in the vehicle.
Cross was arrested and released with appearance tickets returnable to Salamanca City Court in July.
