FREWSBURG — A 35-year-old Frewsburg woman was charged early this morning with driving while intoxicated.
According to New York State Police, Amanda Burnham was pulled over for committing traffic violations on West Main Street in Frewsburg and after failing several SFSTs, Burnham was placed under arrest. Burnham was transported to SP Jamestown where she provided a breath sample of .15. Burnham was then processed, issued tickets returnable to the town of Carroll Court and released. Burnham is scheduled to appear in the town of Carroll Court later in the month.
