A 66-year-old Frewsburg man was charged Thursday with driving while intoxicated.
According to New York State Police, Troopers were patrolling on Frew Run Road in Frewsburg when they came across a vehicle in the ditch. David Rublee was on scene and placed under arrest after failing several SFSTs. Rublee was transported to SP Jamestown where he provided a breath sample of .09. Rublee was then processed, issued tickets returnable to the town of Carroll Court and released. Rublee is scheduled to appear in the town of Carroll Court on a later date to answer the charge. Rublee was uninjured from driving his car off the roadway.
