On June 10, 2018 at 12:55 p.m., Troopers out of SP Amity responded to a two vehicle collision on County Road 36 in the town of Centerville.
Further investigation revealed that a 1998 Harley-Davidson motorcycle was traveling south on CR-36 and crossed over the center line into the northbound lane striking a 2014 Toyota head-on. The operator of the Harley-Davidson, Jeffrey W. Clark, 29 of Rushford, NY was transported to Wyoming County Hospital and was pronounced deceased.
NYSP Collision Reconstruction Unit and the SP Amity Bureau of Criminal Investigation assisted in this investigation.
