NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. — In celebration of the Thunder of Niagara International Airshow (June 9 & 10) and Air Force Reserve Week (Wings of Heritage, Shaping the Future), four World War II era aircraft will be flying in formation over select cities across Western New York on June 7, 2018.

The WWII Heritage Formation consists of a C-47 (Whiskey 7 – Lead plane on D-Day), B-17 (Movie Memphis Bell), P-51D (Quick Silver), F4U-Corsair (Korean War Hero). 
The formation is scheduled to fly over these cities: Lewiston, NY at 12:04 p.m., Wilson, NY at 12:12 p.m., Lockport, NY at 12:17 p.m., Clarence Center, NY at 12:23 p.m., Alden, NY at 12:27 p.m., East Aurora, NY at 12:31 p.m., Orchard Park, NY at 12:33 p.m., Hamburg, NY at 12:36 p.m., Angola, NY at 12:43 p.m., Buffalo Waterfront, NY at 12:51 p.m. and Grand Island, NY at 12:55.
