A 43 year old Cherry Creek man was charged with DWI on June 4, 2018 after a routine traffic stop.
According to New York State Troopers, James Baldwin was pulled over on County Route 85 in Cherry Creek for a traffic violation and after failing several SFSTs, Baldwin was placed under arrest. Baldwin was transported to SP Jamestown where he provided a breath sample of .12. Baldwin was then processed, issued tickets returnable to the town of Cherry Creek Court and released.
Baldwin is scheduled to appear in the town of Cherry Creek Court later in the month to answer the charge.
