A 60 year old Gerry woman and a 59 year old Steamburg man were both charged with Harassment 2nd Degree on June 3, 2018 after making threats toward another man.
According to New York State Troopers, officers interviewed a resident in Kiantone who claimed that Mary Bulter and Scott Irvin have threatened him on separate occasions, both in person and via text message.
A court summons was issued and served upon Butler and Irvin, directing them to appear in the town of Kiantone Court later in the month.
