A 35 year old Sherman man was charged with criminal mischief on May 28, 2018 after a call to police about a domestic disturbance.
According to New York State Troopers, officers responded to a residence in Sherman for a report of a domestic dispute. Investigation revealed that Soto charged the victim, threatened to strike her with a closed fist, and took the phone away when she attempted calling 911.
Soto was processed at SP Jamestown, arraigned in the town of Sherman Court and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.
