A 29 year old Jamestown man was charged with aggravated DWI on May 28, 2018 after a routine traffic stop.
According to New York State Troopers, Ramon Pando was pulled over on Route 60 in Jamestown for a traffic violation and after failing several SFSTs, Pando was placed under arrest. Pando was transported to SP Jamestown where he provided a breath sample of .23. Pando was then processed, issued tickets returnable to the town of Ellicott Court and released.
Pando is scheduled to appear in the town of Ellicott Court next month to answer the charge.
