PRESS RELEASE
A 23 year old Buffalo man was charged with DWI on May 27, 2018 after a routine traffic stop.
According to New York State Troopers, officers reported that Alexander H. Koch made a left turn from Snipery Rd. on to State Route 33, failing to yield and pulling out in front of Troopers patrolling State Route 33 in the town of Pembroke. Troopers had to make evasive maneuvers to avoid a collision with Koch, who subsequently was stopped on State Route 33 in Pembroke. Troopers determined Koch consumed alcohol prior to driving. Koch was arrested after failing SFSTs and transported to SP Batavia where he provided a breath sample of .09 BAC.
Koch was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Pembroke Court for June 2018.
