A 32 year-old Pennsylvania woman was charged with DWI and criminal possession of a controlled substance on May 21, 2018 after a call to 911 about an unresponsive female in a parked vehicle.
According to New York State Troopers, after locating the vehicle of Michelle A. Irons at 1857 Plaza Drive in Allegany, Troopers arrested Irons after it was determined that she was under the influence of drugs. During the arrest, Troopers discovered prescription Lyrica and clonazepam pills in her vehicle.
Irons was processed and released with appearance tickets returnable to the town of Allegany Court.
