A 49-year-old Sinclairville man was charged with DWAI on May 17th, 2018 after a routine traffic stop.
According to New York State Troopers, Craig Keech was pulled over on Putman Road in Stockton for a traffic violation and after failing several SFSTs, Keech was placed under arrest. Keech was transported to SP Fredonia where he was evaluated by a State Police Drug Recognition Expert and determined to be under the influence of a Central Nervous System stimulant. Keech was then processed, issued tickets returnable to the town of Stockton Court and released.
Keech is scheduled to appear in the town of Stockton Court later in the month.
