A 67-year-old Clarence man was charged with trespassing on May 17th, 2018 after a call to police about a trespass in progress.
According to New York State Troopers, officers responded to a property in Mayville in order to investigate the call. Upon arrival, the Troopers observed Mark Greico on the posted property without the property owner’s invitation.
Greico was placed under arrest, issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the town of Chautauqua Court next month to answer the charge.
