PRESS RELEASE


A 45 year old Cohocton man was charged with DWI on May 6, 2018 after a motor vehicle accident. 


According to New York State Troopers, officers were dispatched to a two-car motor vehicle accident at the intersection of state route 19 and 39 in the Town of Pike. Troopers interviewed Gary A. Dunham and detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his person. Dunham was placed under arrest after failing multiple SFST’S and transported to SP Warsaw for processing. Dunham recorded a .12% BAC.


Dunham was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Pike court on May 22, 2018 at 7:00 PM.
