A 21 year old Jamestown woman was charged with Aggravated DWI after a routine traffic stop on May 5th, 2018.
According to New York State Police, Cromartie was pulled over on Route 60 in Gerry for traffic violations and after failing several SFSTs, Cromartie was placed under arrest. Cromartie was transported to SP Jamestown where she provided a breath sample of .20. Cromartie was then processed, issued tickets and released.
Cromartie is scheduled to appear in the town of Gerry Court later in the month.
