NAPOLI — A 49-year-old Little Valley man was charged today with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Route 242.
According to New York State Police, Andy Whitaker was pulled over for speeding and after failing several standard field sobriety tests, Whitaker was placed under arrest and transported to SP Jamestown where he provided a breath sample of .14 percent. Whitaker was then processed, arraigned in the town of Napoli Court and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail.
