BUFFALO, N.Y. — The 2018 Buffalo State men’s soccer team will be holding open tryouts on Tuesday, Aug. 28 at 7:00 p.m. at Coyer Field. In order to tryout, you must:
1. Receive a sports physical conducted by Weigel Health Center, we cannot accept one from your family Doctor.
2. Complete a medical history form (PDF) and send it to Coach Howlett before the event at howletm@buffalostate.edu
3. Register to tryout at: www.buffalostateathletics.com/msoctryout
*If one of the requirements is missing or you are late to the try-outs you will not be able to participate.
