STOW — A 19-year-old Johnson City man was charged today with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on I-86.
According to New York State Police, Isaiah Colgan was pulled over on I-86 for speeding and while speaking to Colgan, the Troopers smelled marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle. A search of Colgan and his vehicle revealed a bag of marijuana and two marijuana smoking devices. Colgan was issued a traffic ticket and an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the town of North Harmony Court later in the month.
