A 29 year old Olean man was charged with burglary 2nd and criminal mischief 4th on April 5th, 2018.
According to New York State Troopers, they received a report that Guy Ackley II unlawfully entered a residence in the town of Olean by kicking in, and damaging a door, then chasing the resident.. Ackley fled the scene prior to patrol’s arrival.
He turned himself in to the police at SP Olean on April 5, 2018 where he was arrested, processed, and taken before an Allegany Town Court judge who released him on his own recognizance with a later return court date and time.
