SHELDON — A 46-year-old Hamburg woman was charged March 29 with driving while intoxicated, aggravated dwi, license restriction, impeding traffic, inadequate headlight and failure to keep right.

According to New York State Police, Troopers stopped Shereen M. Fox for an inadequate headlight and impeding traffic. While interviewing her, Troopers found an odor of an intoxicant was emitting from the vehicle. Fox was placed under arrest after failing multiple SFST’S for DWI. She was transported to SP Warsaw for processing, where she recorded a .20 percent BAC.

Fox was turned over to WCCH for further evaluation and issued traffic tickets and to return to the Town of Sheldon Court on April 09, 2018.
