JAMESTOWN — A 35 year old Jamestown man was charged on March 26th, 2018 with unlawful possession of marijuana following a routine traffic stop. 



According to New York State Police, Capizzi was pulled over on Foote Avenue Extension in Jamestown for a traffic violation and while speaking to Capizzi, the Troopers smelled marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle. Capizzi was found to be in possession of a marijuana cigarette and subsequently placed under arrest. 


Capizzi was issued an appearance ticket and a traffic ticket and is scheduled to appear in the town of Kiantone Court on a later date.
