UNIVERSITY AT BUFFALO ATHLETICS


BUFFALO, N.Y. — The University at Buffalo Men’s and Women’s Indoor Track & Field teams placed 20 student-athletes on the Academic All-Mid-American Conference Team, the league announced on Friday. The men had eight student-athletes recognized, while the women had 12 student-athletes receive the honor.
The Academic All-MAC honor is for student-athletes who have excelled in both athletics and academics. To qualify, a student-athlete must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.20 and have participated in at least 50 percent of the contests during the season.
