JAMESTOWN — A 52-year-old Warren man was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Spencer Road.
According to New York State Police, Michael Sheets was pulled over for a traffic violation, and placed under arrest after failing several SFSTs. Sheets was transported to SP Jamestown where he was processed, issued tickets returnable to the town of Kiantone court and released.
Sheets is scheduled to appear in the town of Kiantone Court later in the month.
