JAMESTOWN — A 28-year-old Russel, Pa. man was charged on Minday with third-degree insurance fraud and 10 counts of offering a false instrument for filing.

According to New York State Police, Investigators at SP Jamestown were advised by the New York State Department of Labor that Dane Sobocinski collected over three thousand dollars in unemployment insurance while he was actually employed.

Sobocinski was placed under arrest, processed at SP Jamestown and released with appearance tickets directing him to appear in the city of Jamestown Court on a later date.
