ALLEGANY — A 23-year-old Salamanca woman was charged Friday with second-degree harassment, fourth-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct following a dispute at Walmart.


According to New York State Police, Troopers were dispatched to the Walmart, where investigation revealed Starlite Parker was upset with another female and confronted her in the Walmart parking lot. The dispute escalated to where Parker admittedly punched the other female several times in the face breaking her glasses. While being arrested Parker began screaming profanities in the public area of the parking lot. 


Parker was processed at SP Olean and arraigned in Carrollton Town Court where she was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail.
