JAMESTOWN — A 34-year-old Jamestown man was charged Tuesday with third-degree insurance fraud and 10 counts of first-degree offering a false instrument for filing.

Investigators at SP Jamestown were advised by the New York State Department of Labor that Pattison collected over three thousand dollars in unemployment insurance while he was actually employed. Pattison was placed under arrest, processed at SP Jamestown and released with appearance tickets directing him to appear in the city of Jamestown Court on a later date.
