YORKSHIRE — A 41-year-old Springville man was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on McKinstry Road.
According to New York State Police, Troopers stopped Steven J. Kreitzbender for inadequate muffler. Kreitzbender was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and transported to SP Machias for processing. Kreitzbender recorded a .09 percent blood alcohol content.
Kreitzbender was issued tickets returnable to the town of Yorkshire for March 2018.
