JAMESTOWN — A 35-year-old Jamestown man was charged Sunday with third-degree insurance fraud and 10 counts of falsifying business records.

According to New York State Police, Paul Nickerson collected over four thousand dollars in unemployment insurance while he was actually employed. Nickerson was placed under arrest, processed at SP Jamestown and released with appearance tickets directing him to appear in the city of Jamestown Court on a later date.
