DELEVAN — A 59-year-old Farmersville man was charged Wednesday with driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation.
According to New York State Police, Robert J. Baily Jr. was stopped on State Route 16 for failure to keep right. Baily was placed under arrest after failing multiple SFSTs and was transported to SP Machias for processing. Baily was also found to be operating with a revoked driver’s license.
Baily was arraigned at the town of Yorkshire Court and released on his own recognizance with a return date in March 2018.
