HARMONY — A 21-year-old Jamestown man was charged Saturday with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on Route 474.
According to New York State Police, Jed Tonkin was pulled over for speeding and while speaking to Tonkin, the Troopers smelled marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle. A search of the vehicle revealed a bag containing three grams of marijuana. Tonkin was issued an appearance ticket and a traffic ticket and is scheduled to appear in the town of Harmony Court later in the month.
